Everyone at Haig Lighting stands strongly behind the product's quality, timelessness and beauty.

Quality

Quality is the main pillar supporting the structure of our company. In fact, for twenty years, the quality of our lamps served as our only form of advertisement. While quality is the hardest pillar to construct for any company, it tends also to be the fastest to fall. That is why it always remains our greatest priority, and because our reputation is built on product excellence, quality is a feature that we never compromise regardless of customer or quantity.

In the decorative lighting industry finish and design are the two key components in the formation of excellent quality. We have developed a reputation for producing the finest and most consistent brass finishes in the industry, ranging from distressed antique to polished chrome (see section on finishes). Superior design is also a fundamental component in ensuring the durability, functionality and timelessness of every unique piece. Our professional engineering team and seasoned craftsmen are integral in helping us realize new complex designs as well as continuously improve our classic line.

Service

We offer a service as much as we offer a product. Strong lines of communication and personalized attention are paramount in providing a highly customized product in an industry of tight deadlines. We thrive on feedback from our clients, and we never close a file until our customer clearly expresses their satisfaction. While demand for our product is growing quickly, we try never to take on an inordinate amount of projects so that we ensure quality of our service is never compromised.

Materials

Maintaining a high level of design quality often entails the use of delicate and special materials. While from the beginning brass has been our dominant base material, many of our designs now incorporate copper, bronze, hand-blown glass, Czech crystal, various wooden and acrylic finishes, alabaster, and resin. Our shades are manufactured in countless different materials and finishes including parchment, silk, glass, gold/silver leaf, various trims and decorative finishes, all of which are carefully handcrafted.

Custom solutions

Our contract division is well known for working with designers in developing custom solutions to fit the client's needs. Almost all our designs can be modified to accept energy-saving PL bulbs, and wall sconces to be used in public spaces can be adjusted in compliance with the US ADA act.
