Understanding the tight deadlines characterizing the hospitality business, we provide construction drawings immediately upon receiving a request for quotation. An iteration process leading to preliminary approval follows. At the same time we correspond and iterate with our key intermediate suppliers, and in consultation with our engineers, we quote a final price. This preliminary process is typically completed within 2-3 days. Immediately upon approval of drawings we expedite the production of samples, which are shipped to the site exactly on spec within a few weeks. The feedback process begins once again and changes are quickly implemented on the preliminary specs. We believe that this full system, dynamic process extending from our intermediate suppliers all the way to the project manager is paramount in the completion of a successful project, and it has been the undercurrent of our success.
